Managing the Human Element in Complex Mediations and Negotiations
Nothing is repeatable in the complexity of human relationships whether in commerce or personal relations. Outcomes of disputes cannot be predicted, and the result often emerges spontaneously in unexpected ways. Complexity theory refers to this as a Complex Adaptive System.
This half day workshop for Danske Advokater by Australian mediators Greg Rooney and Margaret Ross will examine the human element of working in a Complex Adaptive System.
It will combine a focus on both the work of noted French mediator Jacqueline Morineau on Humanistic Mediation and on the application of Complexity Theory developed as a human systems approach to complexity within the IT industry.
Workshoppen udbydes i samarbejde med Danske Mediatoradvokater og Mediations Instituttet.
Prisen er kr. 1.995,00 ekskl. moms for medlemmer af Danske Mediatoradvokater.
