An all day meeting in one of our modern meeting rooms will typically be in the time framee 8 AM to 5 PM, whereas a half day meeting will be either in the morning 8 AM to 12 or 1 PM to 5 PM; should you wish other times of day is this also possible, of course. We offer you a full meeting package including full board, i.e.:
- Morning buffet
- Coffee/tea/water during the meeting in lounge areas
- Lunch including beverage
- Afternoon buffet
- Water in the conference room
- Conference room and use of the lounge areas
- Standard AV equipment
- Technical assistance
Moreover, our reception staff and conference host will provide you with all the service you need throughout the meeting.
The price for a full day meeting is DKK 710,- incl. VAT - if your company is a member of Danske Advokater, the price is DKK 615,-.
The price for a half day meeting is DKK 500,- incl. VAT and lunch. If you do not wish lunch, the price is only DKK 400,- per participant. In case your your company is a member of Danske Advokater, the price is DKK 445,- respectively DKK 345,- per participant.
You will be charged a minimum of 4 persons in our small meeting rooms. If you wish to book our large conference rooms, the Cube and the Dreyer hall, you will be charged a minimum of 20 persons.
